2022 Holiday shopping guide

Happy holidays, yogis! With so many occasions around the corner, we wanted to make it a little easier finding gifts for your loved ones that are locally made here in the 603!

We love New Hampshire and are passionate about supporting the local, small businesses of our home state. What better way to represent both than to showcase our favorite items and local brands from this year?!

Get cozy for the cold

  • MegCrafted — You’ve seen us post about Meg and her knitted gear. How can we not?! She’s one of our faves and we both have her signature knitted beanie! You may have also spotted her beanie and knitted pumpkin as part of our Campfire Yoga Series raffle!

    • Follow @MegCrafted on Instagram and check her out on Etsy etsy.com/shop/megcrafted. Reach out to Meg with questions or even new ideas, tell her 603 Yoga sent you!

  • Sunless Glow Self Tan — It’s hard to catch a tan in the New Hampshire winter, but we wouldn’t know since we have been using this new, at-home self tanner. Better yet, Sunless Glow is local, woman-owned, and organic (the 603 Yoga trifecta)!!

  • Maple Leaf Pottery — Looking for a unique, one-of-a-kind home good for your loved one? Our favorite potter creates purposeful ceramics that are made for every day! I have a swirl mug from this artist and it is my first mug to use when all of the dishes are clean and put away. But seriously, she will make you your own dinnerware set!! How personal?!

For the foodie

  • Port City Pretzels — Made right here on the seacoast. Port City Pretzels pack quite a punch in every bag. Our fave is the Tangy Mustard N’ Honey. Tell us yours!

  • Pogo’s Peppers — A recent discovery and our latest obsession! We came across them at the Seacoast Eat Local Winter Farmer’s Market. Let me tell you, I got their Holiday Trio and it’s been a staple in my house ever since! Perfect for the zest and spice lover.

  • The Farmers Dinner Cookbook — A Story in Every Bite highlights the stories of local farmers and artisans whose products are used in these dishes, many of which are NH and New England based. Created by two local, yet nationally known Chefs, Keith Sarasin and Chris Viaud. Like 603 Yoga, these two Chefs are passionate about supporting local businesses, especially farmers. They believe it is important to know where your food comes from and they encourage locally sourcing your ingredients. This is a cookbook worth having for yourself and sharing with others.

Boutiques we love

  • My Country Story — If we have to pick just one product from this cute store, it would have to be their candles (and their tea towels…and their home goods!). We just love it all.

    • Located in Dover, NH, check out their website at mycountrystory.com and pop into their store! (bonus: their cards are wicked cute, as well!)

  • Homebody — The place to be for all of the NH homebodies looking to hibernate this winter. This wicked cute shop has the most adorable home goods, clothing, and more.

  • Ivy Boutique — Right in Newmarket, NH, I stumbled across this boutique when I was after the NH Axe Coffee Mug (the perfect gift for the NH guy in your life, you know who we’re talking about). So many guy gifts and the cutest home goods and clothing.

  • Innovation Liquidation — Located right in Derry, this liquidation retail store is woman-owned and has everything from home goods to furniture to toys. You name it, I could shop around for hours here. And, what’s even better, everything is 40-80% off all of the time plus more deals!

For the experience

  • 603 Charcuterie —This spot hosts charcuterie classes at various local NH businesses, and they even have their own store in Manchester where you can shop local cheeses, salamis, jams, mustards, nuts, ferments, and more (can we say YUM?!). They offer catering and take-home trays for your next big event as well.

    • Give them a follow and definitely sign up for the next event near you! To purchase a gift card or sign up for a class go 603charcuterie.com

  • Studio 550 — This awesome place is an art center in Manchester. They offer everything from locally made goods, classes, workshops, and even studio memberships that are for all ages and skill levels. We highly recommend a gift certificate or class pass for your loved one this holiday season.

    • Check out this amazing, creative space in-person and online at 550arts.com

  • Supporting your local yoga studio — Grab a friend, family member, or just treat yo’self to a class at a yoga studio near you. Most studios offer gift certificates or class passes, which is the perfect introduction to a studio. If you need help finding a studio near you or need recommendations, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’d love to help!

The party & the food

  • Bachelorette Bash — This is the greatest trick in the book—hire a party decorator for that holiday bash you’ve been waiting all year to have. I had Bach Bash decorate for my party and the guests were wowed as soon as they walked in the door.

    • Willing to travel and plan your party, follow them on instagram and check out their website bachbashne.com . Tell Alexa that 603 Yoga sent you!

  • Vernon Family Farm - One of our favorite local farms, Vernon Family Farm has the yummiest food for your holiday meals, whether it’s for a cozy dinner party of 1 or the entire extended family.

To our family and friends, needless to say you now know some of the gifts you’ll be receiving!

Send us an email at helloyogis@603yoganh.com and let us know what you think of this local holiday list! And, of course, if you have any other local NH businesses or goods in mind that you love, let us know.

Until next time, stay kind friends!

Much love,

Bailee & Jordyn
